When will I be refunded?

If your request has been accepted and a return was required, we must first receive and inspect the returned order before issuing the refund.

What happens before the refund?

Before issuing a refund, the following must happen:

  • the request must have been accepted;
  • the returned order must have reached us;
  • and the return must have been inspected.

Once this step is completed, we send you an email confirming whether the refund is approved or refused.

What does the refund confirmation email mean?

When you receive our refund confirmation email, it means that the refund has already been issued on our side.

In other words, we have already completed the necessary actions.

From that point on, the remaining delay mainly depends on the processing of the payment method, for example banking delays or the processing time linked to the payment solution used.

When does the money appear in your account?

Once the refund has been issued by us, the funds may take a little time to appear in your account.

The delay then depends on the payment method used and the bank processing times.

On average, for a refund made to a bank card, it generally takes between 3 and 7 business days for the money to appear in your account.

What should you do if the refund takes longer to appear?

If you have received our refund confirmation but the funds are not yet visible, the simplest thing is to:

  • check your account again;
  • contact your bank or card issuer if needed;
  • then contact us again if necessary.
