Electronic invoicing

Tooth Gems World is a French company established in France. Our company therefore applies only the French rules relating to electronic invoicing.

Your company is established outside France

If your company is established in Italy, Spain, Germany, Belgium or any other country outside France, we cannot send your invoice through your country’s national electronic invoicing system.
This means, in particular, that we cannot submit your invoice:

  • through the Italian SDI system;
  • using a recipient code;
  • to a PEC certified email address;
  • through a foreign national electronic invoicing platform.

You will receive your invoice directly by email in its usual format.
This will not change on 1 September 2027.
The French electronic invoicing reform does not mean that customers established outside France will receive their invoices through the French electronic invoicing system.
Your invoice will therefore continue to be sent directly to you by email.

Your company is registered in France

Business customers whose companies are registered in France are concerned by the French electronic invoicing reform.
As a French SME, Tooth Gems World will be required to issue electronic invoices from 1 September 2027 for transactions covered by French regulations.
To ensure that we can correctly identify your company and prepare the transmission of your future invoices, you must register your business information on the following page:

Register my business information for electronic invoicing

This page is intended exclusively for professional customers whose companies are registered in France.

You are an individual customer

Individual customers are not concerned by this process and do not need to register any additional information.
