How does the loyalty programme work?

Our loyalty programme is a free programme based on your order history.

It includes 3 levels:

• BRONZE VIP: from €350 in cumulative purchases, with at least 3 orders;
• SILVER VIP: from €700 in cumulative purchases, with at least 3 orders;
• GOLD VIP: from €2,000 in cumulative purchases, with at least 3 orders.

How do you move from one status to another?

Moving from one level to another depends on the total cumulative amount of your purchases.

The system links your orders through your email address and automatically calculates your progress in the programme.

There is also one important rule: purchasing a training course automatically gives you GOLD VIP status, even if you have not yet reached the usual order requirements.

How can I check where I stand in the programme?

On our dedicated page, you can use the module provided for this purpose to check:

• your current level;
• your total amount spent;
• and what is left for you to reach the next level.

You simply need to enter your email address.

How do you keep your VIP status?

To keep SILVER and GOLD status, you need to remain active by placing at least 1 order every 120 days.

If no order is placed within this timeframe, your status may be adjusted according to your recent activity.

Before this adjustment, reminder emails are sent to let you know.
